I did a quick google search for “fruit dip” and I was shocked reading the ingredients that most contain.
Store bought fruit dips often contain something similar to this one: WATER, CREAM CHEESE SPREAD [PASTEURIZED CREAM AND SKIM MILK, SALT, LACTIC ACID, GUAR GUM, LOCUST BEAN GUM, SODIUM PHOSPHATE, CARRAGEENAN, NATURAL FLAVORS], SUGAR, LEMON JUICE FROM CONCENTRATE, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, DISTILLED VINEGAR, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR, SALT, PECTIN, TITANIUM DIOXIDE, DEXTROSE, CULTURED DEXTROSE, XANTHAN GUM, POTASSIUM SORBATE (TO PROTECT FRESHNESS).
Our (very delicious) fruit dip includes: PLAIN GREEK YOGURT, HONEY & VANILLA EXTRACT
That’s it! 3 simple ingredients and I always get compliments on how good it is at get-togethers!

What you’ll need:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional – could be made without)
How to make it:
- Mix all ingredients and you’re done! (It truly could not be easier!!)
This makes a great snack or appetizer to bring to a party or potluck with fruit!
Give it a try and let me know what you think!
