A healthy, simple ingredient oatmeal bake packed with natural flavors.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Coat a 2 quart baking dish in butter or your desired oil
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and maple syrup
Fold in strawberries
Pour the mixture into your greased baking dish
In your mixing bowl, add milk, melted butter, vanilla extract and egg and mix until combined
Pour the milk mixture over the oat mixture
Add the sliced bananas and any additional strawberries (or other toppings) as desired
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the oatmeal isn't runny
Serve with a scoop of yogurt and enjoy!
