Instant Pot Steak Fajitas

These instant pot steak fajitas are incredibly easy to throw together and cook quickly! This is a great recipe to use with Flank Steak!

Ingredients
  • Flank Steak (1 pound - thinly sliced)
  • 2 TBSP Homemade Fajita Seasoning (Recipe below)
  • 1 TBSP Butter or Olive Oil
  • 2 Bell Peppers (Sliced into thin strips)
  • 1 Onion (Sliced into thin strips)
  • 1/2 cup Beef Bone Broth
  • 2 TBSP Lime Juice
    • Homemade Fajita Seasoning
  • 1 TBSP Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

    Prepare the fajita seasoning and cover the steak in the mix

    Press sauté on the instant pot and brown the outside of the steak for about 1-2 minutes per side (do this in multiple batches if needed)

    Add the peppers and onions and remaining fajita seasoning. Stir to combine and add bone broth and lime juice

  4. 4

    Close the lid to the sealed position. Cook on high pressure for 2 minutes. Quick release pressure as soon as it's done

  5. 5

    Serve over rice and enjoy
