This is one of my kids’ favorite snacks and it’s a fun treat for any occasion.
Store bought gummies or fruit snacks have ingredient lists that look like this: FRUIT PUREE (GRAPE, PEACH, ORANGE, STRAWBERRY AND RASPBERRY), CORN SYRUP, SUGAR, CHICORY ROOT EXTRACT, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, GELATIN, CONCORD GRAPE JUICE FROM CONCENTRATE, CITRIC ACID, LACTIC ACID, ASCORBIC ACID (VITAMIN C), NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS, ALPHA TOCOPHEROL ACETATE (VITAMIN E), VITAMIN A PALMITATE, SODIUM CITRATE, COCONUT OIL, CARNAUBA WAX, ANNATTO (COLOR), TURMERIC (COLOR), AND FRUIT AND VEGETABLE JUICE (COLOR).
I love that these are made with simple ingredients (WATER, ELECTROLYTES, BEEF GELATIN and sweetened with a little HONEY)!

Here’s what you need:
- Just Ingredients Electrolytes
- Beef Gelatin
- Honey
Here’s how we make it:
- Mix 1 scoop of Just Ingredient electrolytes into 1.5 cups of water.Â
- In a saucepan, heat the mixture on the stove until it’s just starting to boil
- Remove from heat and slowly whisk in the beef gelatin
- Mix in the honey
- Start filling your gummy molds (or just pour into a container and you can cut it into squares later)Â
- Place your molds/container into the fridge and let it set for at least 30 minutes
- Enjoy!
If you plan to give these Electrolyte Gummies a try, let me know in the comments!
