This recipe is a great alternative to store bought chicken nuggets. They're made with simple, minimal ingredients and are sure to please even the pickiest of eaters!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Cut the chicken into small pieces (nugget sized) and set aside
Crack the eggs into a small bowl and whisk
In a separate larger bowl, mix together the almond flour and seasonings
Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, then transfer it to the bowl with the almond flour and seasonings
Roll the chicken until it's completely covered in the “breading”
Place the nugget on your prepared pan and repeat until all of the chicken is breaded
Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes
Flip each chicken nugget over and bake for another 8-10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
