This cheesy ground beef hotdish (with hidden liver) is an easy animal-based meal with minimal ingredients.

This cheesy ground beef hotdish (with hidden liver) is an easy animal-based meal with minimal ingredients.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Spread the cooked squash on the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish
Then add a layer of cheese (about 1/4 cup)
Pour 2 tbsp of melted butter over the cheese
Add the cooked ground beef as the next layer
Top with remaining cheese
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is fully melted
Enjoy!
This recipe would work great with any protein you had on hand. Spice it up with ground pork, shredded beef roast, etc! The possibilities are endless with this hotdish recipe as your base!
