2) RESERVE YOUR BEEF
Place your DEPOSIT on C&S’s website. (Deposits are open 2 times each year – Fall Deposits open August 8th!) This deposit reserves your beef, goes towards your final cost. You will receive a personal email confirmation from C&S Farms confirming the receipt of your deposit.
3) RECEIVE FUN UPDATES ABOUT YOUR BEEF
C&S will keep you up to date as they continue to raise your beef on the best grass and forage, so you have the tastiest, most nourishing grass-fed/finished beef!
4) HARVEST
+ Clay and Kurt will hand pick your beef to be harvested at its peak.
+ Your beef will go to their friendly and locally owned processor in McPherson, KS where it will dry age for ~ 14 days to ensure the maximum flavor and tenderness
+ Their craft butcher will cut and pack your beef with the utmost quality according to C&S Tried-and-True cut selections (no need to fill out a cut sheet!)
5) ENJOY!
+ Once packed and frozen C&S Farms will call or text you to confirm your beef’s scheduled arrival date works for you
+ They will email you an invoice for the total pounds of beef you receive less your deposit
