Banana Cocoa Muffins

I made these for our son’s 6th birthday a few weeks ago. They were a hit! 

Here’s all you need:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • â…“ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • mini chocolate chips (optional to add to the top)

Here’s how we make it:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together in a stand mixer or handheld mixer
  3. Pour into muffin tins (top with some chocolate chips) and bake for 25-30 minutes
  4. Enjoy!
