I made these for our son’s 6th birthday a few weeks ago. They were a hit!

Here’s all you need:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- â…“ cup cocoa powder
- 1 ½ cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- mini chocolate chips (optional to add to the top)
Here’s how we make it:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a stand mixer or handheld mixer
- Pour into muffin tins (top with some chocolate chips) and bake for 25-30 minutes
- Enjoy!
