We’ve been making banana waffles and pancakes for years, but after our waffle maker broke, I needed a fast way to make their favorite waffles in the morning that didn’t result in me flipping pancakes over and over. I resorted to scrambled pancakes for a while… but it just wasn’t the same.
I knew there had to be a way to turn this favorite, animal based, breakfast into a one pan bake!
This Banana Pancake Bake is made with only 6 simple ingredients and is sure to become a family favorite in your home, as it has ours!

What you’ll need to make this banana pancake bake:
- 4 Bananas
- 8 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (we love Burlap & Barrel!)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

How to make it:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
- Add all ingredients to your mixer (or bowl) and mix until combined well
- Line your baking dish in parchment paper and pour the mixture in
